Owner, President

Colin is the proud owner and president of CVE Mortgage Group Inc., where he leads the CVE team in providing exceptional mortgage services to our clients.

Throughout his career, he has developed a deep understanding of the mortgage industry and a passion for helping clients achieve their home ownership and financing goals. Under his leadership, CVE Mortgage Group Inc. has grown into a trusted and respected name in the mortgage industry.

Colin is committed to providing our clients with personalized attention and expert guidance throughout the mortgage process. He believes that open communication and a client-centric approach are essential to building strong and lasting relationships. He believes every client should be treated like family, and strives to find the best solution possible for every single borrower.

Colin is a proud husband and father of 3 girls. In his spare time, Colin enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and regularly sponsors and hosts community events in his hometown.

Brendan Eby

Vice President

Brendan is the Vice President of CVE Mortgage Group and has been an integral part of the company since its founding.

Working closely with his brother, Colin, Brendan is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients and diligently works to meet their needs.

Brendan is a devoted husband and father of two young boys. In his free time, he volunteers as a minor hockey coach for both of his sons’ teams in Plattsville, Ontario.

Leah Martin

Office Manager

Leah serves as the office manager at CVE Mortgage Group.

She plays a crucial role in managing our daily operations, ensuring everyone stays on task, and maintaining clear communication. This helps us complete files accurately and meet our closing date deadlines.

In her spare time, Leah enjoys pursuing her passions for art, interior design, and yoga, as well as spending quality time with her family.

Derek Heimpel

Business Development Manager

Derek serves as the Business Development Manager at CVE Mortgage Group.

In his role, Derek welcomes new clients and ensures they feel comfortable and confident that their needs will be met. He approaches his work with a friendly and efficient demeanor and is always ready to greet you with a smile.

Outside of work, Derek is a dedicated father of two and a volunteer firefighter in New Hamburg, ON. He enjoys sports and spending time with friends and family.

Phillip Lange

Marketing Director

Phillip leads the creation and implementation of our marketing strategy and brand recognition initiatives across Ontario.

His focus aligns perfectly with our company vision. He will be instrumental in developing marketing programs that highlight our exceptional service and commitment to improving the financial well being of our borrowers.

Phillip’s contributions will be invaluable as we continue to grow and make a positive impact in the Ontario mortgage landscape.

He resides in Munich, Germany, and enjoys playing soccer and spending time with friends and family.
